im not good at english..so sorry for some errors...

i m a yamaha owner and i just got  with this new quad...its simply the best thing i ride until this days...soft suspension, great riding position...and a great engine...

it was a short test drive... to say its a realable quad... i remember when everybody was waiting for the new TRX450 and when it came it was a disaster...

so..for what i saw..it will be a champion quad !!!

Your english is better than most americans on here. ;)

As far as the disaster goes, he's probably thinking of the batch that had the really faulty crank bearings (that honda has still never recalled :() Not as bad as the 01 raptors bearings, but there were a lot of cases.

That can't be.......Honda and Yamaha have crank bearing problems?!?!?!? I thought only Cannondales had crank bearing problems!

At least Cannondale admitted the problem and took steps to correct it.

No, the Raptor had One-way starter bearing probs. Oh, and tranny probs too. Corrected by Yamaha from 02 and up I believe. Luckily my 01 has not had any problems.

Im guessing what he meant was that it was beat in all the shoot-outs in the magizines. Its good to see people around the world getting into our great sport.
