my friends dad told me that he seen something on tv that said there was a subway runnin underneath the bridge and it never been opened, and there is restraunts and what not there that never been touched, i couldnt find chit on google and i dont think he is lying. any1 else have any info on this

no, a subway, underneath the bridge, where them giant stones are. im not exactly sure but he told me something like that and i never heard of it and i really wanna find out. im suprised no1 posted a picture of a bunny with a pancake on his head yet. if no1 ones what bridge im talkin about its the one next to penns landing

Dennis,

I think what he means is Patco runs the length of the bridge, but you can physically see it. Now for the stores and restaurants they were built into it with a station and you were supposed to be able to walk the bridge more freely. The idea was to promote commerce across the bridge. Camden sucks so the thing never worked.

so are there restauraunts there that never opened? i looked at pictures and seen the train thing, can you still walk across it or did that close down

I live in Philly and there is an underground subway that has never been finished. The plans were abandoned.My friend and me were going to find it. There is a little trail where you can ride rr tracks. Its not a place you can ride all day. But I think I know of the entrance but its a pain in the *** to get too.
