Need a new cell phone...

I have cingular. I busted my phone. I was thinking about getting a black v3 razr, but I heard they were junk and busted easily...Any opinions on what to get? It'd be nice to have a camera phone that is of decent quality, video would be sweet too. Anybody lookin to get rid of a cingular phone in good condition? O by the way, I don't really wanna spend more than 150.

my brother has one...kinda expensive and a little homosexual. I'd get a t720. Unless u have to have a camera phone
