Do i buy a full sytem to go w/ hrc kit

I have a 06 450er w/ hrc. I want to know if it is worth it to buy a full sytem, or just a silencer, or keep what i have?

That depends. What kind of full system are you talking about? Exhaust and cam or just exhaust? If just exhaust, my opinion would be hrc and slip on. Minus the slip on and you will have a very fast sleeper. I do speak from experience. I also have an 06 with hrc and slip. I love it, love it, love it. Thats just my opinion. lol:blah:

it will depend on how much hp u will want to make. if u want hp u will want at full system

I already have the hrc kit and that includes the hrc head pipe. I want to know if a full system makes more power!?

i wasnt willing to drop the cash for a full exhaust system so i just ordered a WB MX4 slipon. this slipon is supposed to be run with the stock header or the hrc header. i'll let u know how it runs when i get it in the mail.

I would get the HRC kit and a good slip-on! The HRC kitted 06 rips up my 05 with the mods below.:mad: I wish I would have waited a few more months to get an 06 instead of the 05!:ermm:

Im surprised that no one has any dyno #s on the difference between a HRCkit, HRC with a slip-on and a HRC with a full system for the 06 450r.

the biggest difference you will see is the torque.
I put on 18" tires to run on the track and I could lug it in the corners in 4th gear, mash the gas and pull the front wheels:eek2: :macho
money well spent, I went to a 172 main and left the rest to hrc settings, I'll be getting a different intake but can't decide what I want.

With a full system you will see a 4 hp more with the rossier pipe and a hotcam stage 2 then the 06 hrc kit! I got a dyno sheet on my web site!
