Again with the 300ex bars..

My dealer called today and said he had the 250x ignition plastic in. So I went and got it, havent installed it yet though. Just a couple of questions would be helpful since I looked at a few things. Would it be better to put the plastic piece on after I get new bars and clutch/perch ? There isnt very much room to squeeze those wires through there hehe. Another thing, cant put that plastic on without the stock 300ex headlight? anyway around this I might have missed or not thought off? And, that ignition wire that plugs into the key, its a bit long, what do you guys do tuck it somewhere or loop it?? I was going to just leave the stock handle bars on till I get money for some new ones and take my headlight off cause I dont really use it right now anyway, but cant do that cause need the mounts for the headlight for that plastic piece to go on? grr.

any suggestions.
