Frame mods?

what all mods would i have to do to my frame to get ti to accept 400ex shocks and a-arms without a relocator kit??

im wondering this same thing, but i would be using 250r a arms and shocks.

Reconmaster did this without using the bracket relocator. He had somone cut his original mounts and move them up 3 inches I think. It seems like that would be better than running a bracket relocator, but most people arent willing to go that far and cut there frame. Ask him about it, he is the only one that I know who has done it like this.

Man I jump some major jumps and have had no troubles with mine. If you dont wont cheap buy a 400ex or have the frame refabed.

well i meant like flimsy but my buddy had one on his old 300ex and i juss dnt like that way it looks on there

You cant really see mine, you can run a set of air scoops and never see it.

all you have to do is get some 400ex+2 a arms and put them on the 300 like i did. the 400ex shock lines up with the stock shock mount. u are going to have to get the shocks revalved though.ill post some pics in a bit
