250R project....from scratch

I started building this R from scratch last April and just thought I would share my progress with everyone. Pictures arent the greatest... I needed more light... I will take some better pictures this weekend. I hope to have it finished by June or July.

Will have Orange fullbore for plastic and that seat cover will be replaced with a custom Jettrim cover.

Look'n good. I'm doing the same thing. I started mine back in Jan/05 and just now wrapping things up, should be done in a week. I'd like to do another one, but these projects keep me broke. :ermm:

whjy is the motor in there with the cyl off? do you really feel like dropping stuf finto your crank case that bad????

I just set the motor in place for the pictures. It wasnt bolted on.Its now sitting on the shelf with a towel over the top to keep any F.O.D. from finding its way into the crank journal.

like the colors, looks really close to the same color my cousin is currently doing his frame.
