Anybody have these

Does anyone ever heard of these/ own : H-TRAK P/V 70/z they are made buy Ohtsu and they are 20/10/9? I ask because I just bought them last night mounted on rims for 10 bucks each (20 bucks total):p Oh yeah and if any one does how good are they and what do the do good in. Thanks for any replies.

Are they sorta like flat track tires? If so I've got a pair that I've never used. I know mine have H-Trak on the side. I was kinda wondering how they work, myself.
