what could i do to my 2002 650 prairy it already has 26 inch gators and that's it i would liek to be able to race through the woods but still be able to handle some mud

get a pipe, stiffer front springs, ignition module. If you want to get crazy you can remove the racks and add a strut reinforcement bar to cut weight. Handguard would help too.

Get a module (HL icm,DG 5,Moose,VDI) they all do the same thing, the moose just plugs in, the rest you have to splice in the wiring, or if you want to go a step further get a CDI check out this www.velocitydevices.com , or a Dyna www.dynaonline.com . Velocity devices sells both a Module and a CDI and has customer service second to none.
