Lil too pricey I think

just got quoted on an 06 250ex for my gf from the same dealership i bought my R for. I got a good deal on my R, but they couldnt budge on the 250? 4163 seems a lil high. Retail is 3699, I was hoping for a 3800ish otd price. What ya think?
