there is a very good chance that it is if you ran it with out oil. I don't know exactly on a predator, but on one of your cases, there should be an allen input or sometype that you can manually turn over the motor with, in nuetral ofcourse. Does ou bike even buzzzzz or try to turn it over?

That was a really bad idea, trying/starting it up when you knew it had no oil in it. You probaly have seized the piston. The only "good" way of fixing it without rebuilding the motor that I know of is putting oil in the piston (via spark plug hole) and letting it lube it up. But you probaly should rebuild the top end, atleast check it out to see what kind of damage is done. You'll probaly need new rings at the least.

I would definately check the bore and piston for any deep scratches. Before i rode it again i would rebuild the top end.

oh boy thats not good ... it its really seized u can try to give it oil and let it soak it up but it will never run right again til u rebuild it...
