i have a problem due to a stupid mistake

hey i have a 99 440ex witch i just striped and am in the process of putitng it back together. the other day i got my frame back from paint and noticed i have a problem where the bar for my nerf bars goes in between the bars on the frame infront of the motor i put a gusset right there filing that small opening closed what can i do here?? i would post some pictures but don't know how if someone gave me their email i could send them to you

I'd modify your gusset and live with the consequences for now... Unless you want to modify your nerfs or change to some that will work.

Cut out some peices of the gusset. That's gonna suck if you already have PC on there. If they're pro pegs you could get pro pegs mounts welded on, but then again you'll have to repc.

Maybe try Pro-armour nerfs that go through the frame in a different location.
