440 fuel

ok im sure theres been threads before on wat kinds of race gas to run in 440 (12.5:1) so wat kind should i run 110 or cam2 or 50/50? i herd 110 could skrew up your valves, but im not shure.

I hope you find a good answer, because I need to know almost the same thing. I know a guy that sells some around here.. but I am about 99% sure that it is leaded. Can this be mixed 50/50 with pump gas correctly? Any suggestions on the fuel?

I am pretty sure though that 110 could do nothing but help with 12.5:1. I could see where running a crappy fuel or very low octane one could though.

It's fine... Run 110 if you can afford it or run 50/50 with 93 and 110. If you try the 50/50 and it pings then you need to run full racegas.;)

well if your worried about your valves. The 12: 1 440 piston combo is know the blow gaskets very often.
