yz450f carb on yz426f

just like it says, i heard they are the same and will fit perfect. i do not know if this is right or not and i am looking for a 426 carb with hot start and they are very hard to find for a good price so i thought this might make finding a carb easier. p.s. my 426 is bored out to a 444 if that matters at all. thanks.

im pretty sure the 450 carbs are like a mm or so bigger but they will work on a 426.:)

so everything will line up fine? like the intake boot and everything will fit just like the 426? no mods needed?

i cant say for sure if they match exactly but i am about 99% sure they will, also the 450 will actualy run WAY better than the 426's, the 426's had a funny throttle responce problem that was fixed on the first 450's carb

ya they are actually the same size mm wise. the yz400 426 and 450 are all 39 mm. i just want to know if the 450 will bolt rite up. also would i have to run the 450 cable? the 450 carbs have hot start rite?
