what color to paint frame?

what color should i powdercoat my fame? either red vein or stealth black. im planning on buying black plastic. the engine mounts, heat sheild, and chain gaurd are pcd fire engine red.

I'd PC the frame steath black it would go with plastic ad it would make the fire engine red parts stand out
