HP GUESS!!! How close can you get?

Z400 with 434 Athena big bore kit, both hot cams, Edelbrock carb, K&N filter w/o air box, HMF full exhaust, DAB ported head. 12.3 to 1 compression.
Will be hitting the dyno in a couple weeks and I'll let ya know how it did! What do you think the hp will be? Also, how do you think it will do against the YFZs at the dunes?

Probably, 45 or so.

It might do OK against stockers (YFZ), but look out for the modified ones.

We dyno'ed a piped ($400), cam mod YFZ ($7300) and ended up with 42hp. Bought 03 Z400 brand new ($4300) with the mods stated in the first post ($2000), 45hp would be sweet!

YFZ - 42hp $7700 total
Z400- 45hp $6300 total

We're hoping for 45 but what do the rest of you think?

Hetricks said my motor should be around 48 hp. A piped/ cammed 450r goes around 45 or so (correct me if I'm wrong). If I had to take a wild guess at your Z, I would say 43.
