I've got a big problem

Ok I was putting on my new bumper from IMS, problem is I broke the ims screw in the threads of the frame. I've tried to clamp down on it with pliers and some other things but it just wont come out. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the bolt out.?

If you've got room, file a groove in it and use a screwdriver to back it out.

If that doesn't work, buy an E-Z-Out.

Vise Grips is probaly the easiest. If that doesn't work, you must have torqued it in there good!

OK i got some vice grips so I'll try those. and if those dont work i'l try the hole and screw driver thing. Thanks alot guys.
