Well, im in the process of takin off my head, so i take off the top that covers the cam and the little metal lookin thing that sits down in one of the holes stuck in there and when i pulled it off, it fell right beside the timing chain into the hole that leads down into the bottom end..is the only way i can get it out is to take apart the bottom end, if so, what part of the bottom end?

i have one of those telescoping magnets,it saved me a few times already:)

like they said ^^^ get one of those magnets you extend like a pointer, so it can reach down in their and get it out

If you can't get it with a magnet, take your clutch cover off and look toward the bottom of the cam chain.
