Does anyone here have them and what exactly do they do? Do these widen the stance of your quad......and if so is it a safe and sturdy way of doing it?

They widen the front end, definately not the best way. I like the ones the space it off the frame better. The wheel spaces put more pressure on your ball joints. The best way is with + size a-arms.
