300 EX gearing and tire sizing

Wonder if anyone has made gearing and tire size changes to optimize their 300's, seems like the 22" rear tires are big.

Just switch to a nice 20' rear tire and it will be perfect for the trails.

I have changed gearing and tires and if you do it rite it is worth it



20 by 11 by 9

dont go as wide as i did you wont have very good roost because it is all most to much but it pulls awsome through mud ,never got stuck.

the gearing i have is one added up front minus two in the rear

It does 70 -72 mph in the sand. if it hits the rev 65 mph.:cool:

20's in the rear, and a 14t front sprocket will even it out.
