Just upgraded from Elkas racing series to the Elite series with low/high speed compression. Now how in the heck do I learn how to set these up...im used to the ole' one knob compression.

that would be the valving-not adjustment

It will be about 2 weeks before I call. Still need to get the frame back from powder coat before I can put the shocks on.:p
