My name is Steve and I ride all over. I probly ride the most at Lake Draper cause I work down by there so I throw the quad in the back of the truck and ride after work. My favorite place other than Little Sahara is the river bed in Purcell. It is a blast down there. We go all the way down to Lake Murrey about 3 or 4 times a year to ride and camp and we always carry the quads back to Texas a couple times a year to where I grew up and ride for the weekend. I have been wanting to go out by Disney Dam and ride but havnt had the time lately to much of anything. I am going to try to go ride this Sunday if the weather is nice so if you wanna ride, let me know and maybe we can hook up.

yeah, I have known Phil for a long time. I buy all my parts and a few quads from him. Between him and his wife, you will not meet any nicer people in our sport.

We are going to Draper around 1 or so Sunday, it depends on the weather though. I dont mind riding in the cold but only at Little Sahara or racing. My brother-in-law just re-bulilt his dirtbike and wants to ride a little so we may go out there Sunday.

That's the weekend we will be there also, weather permitting, if it's really crappy we probably won't go. We will be in a green stepside 4x4 ford w/camper and trailer, ford superduty that says Crathorne spraying on the side of it pulling subaru powered mid-travel sand rail, a gold chevy 4x4 w/small trailer, and I might have my jeep there. Bikes...my 450r w/Nmotion graphics, a gaggle of 400ex's, a Rancher, and a polaris predator 50, maybe more, never know.

Hey OKTRX450R, are you going to have your suzuki LTR by than? My parent's looked at one over the weekend, and they want one really bad. I was at a Freedom Cycle in Grandview, MO, and they got one in last friday, and gone the same day, already spoken for. Your truck and trailer shouldn't be hard to miss, we should be in Cowboy camp also.

Yes, some...I make a few passes each day. Personally flat drags are just no fun compared to running up Olds!

Sand Rats is on the road (east side) from the Hwy to Cowboy Camp/North Campground...privately owned and pretty expensive to stay there. Up by the Hwy they have electric and water but it is a pretty good ride to the gate...

I am up for a group ride, the drag strip is probably the best place to meet...just need a time and what kind of ride so I know whether to bring the wife or not!

We are still staying in Cowboy Camp or the North Campground and we are leaving tomorrow around 4pm...should arrive at LS by 7:30pm.

Actually, all my family lives south of Gorham. My parents are Steve and Lori Crathorne, my sister is Melissa Robben. We're usually not hard to spot at the dunes, my parent's drive a white superduty that says Crathorne Spraying on the side of it.

I went to grade school in Gorham, but went to middle school and high school in Victoria. I used to hang out and sometimes still do with a few people from russell. Brandon Jacobs is one of my best buds, we used to raise a lot of hell together, before we both got into a lot of trouble with the law...hahahahaha. I know just about all of his cousins and family.
