The series really puts the kids thru obstacles, but most are safe and there are always plenty of parents at the bad spots to help out

WOW!! Ya know Ive noticed that there is much more racing out in the east as compared to California. Its getting there now.
Of course I guess the states are easier to travel to back east as well.

Anyway looks like a challenging series for sure.

This is the series we race. The first picture is the race on our Mountain. This series is the second largest XC series next to the GNCC Nationals.

Paul takes very good care of his kids. He has 3 guys that follow the youth racers around as they race all have radio's. We all surround the track and take care of each other's kids.

Pappy is also right about the compitition. There were 4 riders from this series who went on to win GNCC National Championships in 05. And another 10 riders who went on to finish in the top 5 in their class. This is youth bikes and mini's combined. All 14 of these riders live in none other then West Virginia.

These kids became such good riders with the help of the ECS series. Paul makes some rough tracks for the kids to race in. But not to rough to be unsafe. These extreme condidions make the youth racers a better rider and it shows when they hit the easier National tracks.

The 4 National Champions were.

04&05 GNCC National Champion 85cc Jr-Zack Nolan
05 GNCC National Champion 65cc Sr-Lane Michael
05 GNCC National Champion 65cc Jr-Jarrett Dudley
05 GNCC National Champion 70cc Production-Michael Mussi Jr.

So Were going racing you comeing?

Here is another picture of Michael in the woods in an ECS race.
