yz426f motor

does a yfz450 shifter lever fit on a yz426f motor.also what about exhaust and other motor parts.cant find parts for a yz426f motor, only find things for yzf450 and a yzf450[dirtbike motor]can someone tell me if these parts will swap back and forth?

im certain the shift lever will fit,the exhaust im not sure.the exhaust cam will work in a 426 for auto decomp.:)

i am using the YZ450 header right now.. and the carbs are basically identical.. i believe they are the same actually.. as far as insde the motor though i do not know...

I to am using a yfz450 head pipe,I tried a yfz case save on my 426 you can make it fit but it doesn't look right,as far as the shifter goes it sould fit.If you are looking for parts go to ebay there is lots out there.

is it true you ride the 426 in the horsepower of the motor like a 2stroke and you ride the 450 more in the torque of the motor.is this right?
