Rezzie Clamps?

Does anyone know of any Rez clamps available? I just bought a used rear Elka shock with a remote Rez and I'm trying to figure out a good way to mount it. It doesn't come with any mounting hardware.

Ideas, and suggestions are welcome.

If you are looking for billet, K & K makes them....I have one for sale if you are looking....

Well, it doesn't look like I'm going to need anything after all. I called Elka to see how much the mounting hardware would cost. He said "don't worry about it, I'll send you one for free!"
