What kind of oil do you put in the right side cover of a yamaha banshee. That weight and how much?

i have always ran bel ray gear saver. i says right next to the dipstick how many cc's to put in. 1 liter =1000 cc's. a liter is slightly more than a quart. also CHECK THE DIP STICK when filling it
