what's the best way to clean a fuel tank out.... what to use and how please....

What did you get in there that it needs to be cleaned out first?

I'd be saying a bit of gas, just shake it up in there, and empty it... Other then that, maybe kerosen(sp) or water and make sure you let it dry properly?

run some gas thru it

what eddie said!!!!! remove the tank from the atv and dump whatever is in there out, turn the petcock off and put just enough gas in the tank to slosh around and dump it. repeat a couple times. if you have rust on the inside of the tank there is a company that sells a relining kit i believe their name is kreem.
