If riders skill is equal the 450r will win most I belive.

Not a chance sorry. The difference between a 400ex and a 450r is about the same as the difference between a 300ex and a 400ex.

Only hope you have is that the 450r rider sucks.. lol.

the only way you could beat him is in reverse and he would prob spin around and blow by you before you even knew it

the only way your beatin a 450r is if the rider has no skills what so ever and he dont know how to work a clutch other than that no chance!
