Help!!!!

ok i need to get my flywheel off on my 400ex and it wont budge! im using the tool that honda says to use and it has stripped twice.. now its about to strip the flywheel and then it will never come off... ive tried just about everything.. any ideas???

did you lube it up?

yes.. isprayed some pb blaster in it.... there is no place to beat on it except for the flywheel itself.. ive stripped out 2 honda flywheel pullers dayam thing!

What tool does Honda say to use?

When I had the Sparks timing key it came with a bolt that is used to remove the flywheel.

yep.. thats correct..the honda puller is basically a bolt looking thing thats 20mmx1.50 when it threads into the flywheel it bottoms out on the crank and is supposed to pull the flywheel off.. but it has stripped the puller twice now. i cut off the stripped part and started fresh again and it wont budge.. i even used heat to no avail! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I had the same problem,just tighten the puller as tight as u can and heat the flywheel until it glows red,then try to tighten it again,it should come off. GOOD LUCK!!!!
