400 rebuild

I am rebuilding my 400 ex and changing the timing chain, the manual says remove clutch and grind nut off and pry off to remove clutch housing??????? Cant this nut just be taken off with an air wrench? any input would be appreciated

But I think I may know what you are talking about....

If you are talking about replacing the clutch basket, yes you have to grind the bolts off and use the ones that came with the clutch basket.
