Hypnosis ? do you think it actually works ?

I was wondering if any one had expiernce with hypnosis, and if actually works or what ? :confused:

a Guy who works for my dad, he and his wife smoked and they decided to try it out together, He Quit and still doesnt do it, but his wife didnt stop, so i guess it s a 50-50 chance

i want to know if it works too, but a hypnotist is coming to our school and i might go watch it...

ive heard that if you go into it being skeptic it wont work .
