250 jetting help

i have a 250 x it is bored 40 over and has a k&n and complete exaust had stock jetting i recently put a bigger 134 main in it and seams to run ok but is harder to start some times the stock main was a 125 and not sure about the pilot ......andy ideas wut i should use?

Your main won't affect startup. You can try adjusting the air/fuel screw and if that doesn't cure the problem then try a 40 or 42 pilot jet.

I can't really say for sure since I haven't had much experience with bored out engines but I'd say you're in the ballpark. It's really hard to tell without doing a plug check. I'm running a 135 main on mine with a full pipe, modded airbox lid and uni filter and stock 300ex engine.
