Rico when I get my Elka`s I want to Grease my a-arms because I remember Gabe saying to do that. Can I just take the Bolt out, put some grease on it and then put it back in or how should I do this?

I just removed mine using Leo's lazy method, but took it one step further. I struck the spindle like he said to and then took a brass hammer and put it on top of the ball joint bolt(put castle nut on bolt upside down). Then I hit the other end of the brass hammer with a bigger hammer and it broke lose without much effort. No damage to anything due to using the brass hammer. Worked like a charm.

Warriorman you should be able to just take the shocks off and the a-arms and brake caliper. Just be carefull with them.

No I want to know how I am suppose to Grease them. Gabe said to put some in there. My question is do I just put the Grease on the bolt or how do I get it in there.

O sorry well the grease wont stay in there that well there are bearing on the inside after you tak e that bushing out. But just cause you grease the bearings doesnt mean it will stop a squeak. The best thing i found was chain lube in all the joints.

So is it worth it to take the front end apart and put grease on the bolts then put it back together? Or is it easier and just as effective to spray some chain lube on all the joints? thanx for info:)

Well there are bearings in the shocks and a-arms that need greased if you dont want them to go out. But they stay pretty greased the bushings that ride on the bears are what wear out most of the time and grease wont stay so chain lube keeps the bushing from wearing and squeaking on the bolt.

How did you do it? Not any Problems doing it?

No problems at all, I just unbolted the upper a-arm, greased the bushings then bolted it back on and torqued it to the right spec. Then I did the same for the lower A-arm and the shock, on both sides. I think its easier to first take off ur shock, then unbolt and grease ur upper a-arm then the bottom a-arm then bolt the shock back on.
