idle adjustment

I am having issues tryin to get my 250 to Idle. I have a 38mm pj carb. I am running a 45 pilot and my air screw is 1 3/4 out. an y Ideas??

Turn the idle adjust maybe? It's either the choke knob, or on your slide housing.

maybe your pilot it's too big.. it's more hard to adjust the idle... if your not sure if your pilot its too big open your air screw...
