need some advise???

ok i have a 2002 polaris scrambler 500 2x4 its a special edition one with black plastics and so forth. My question is that my grandpo was the one who financed it in 2002 well my grand mother past away at the end of 2002 so he filed for bankruptcy and in middle of 2003 they stopped sending him payments so he never questioned or nothing. He never has received a title or never heard from them again. the quad just sits and i was wondering about sellign it. How will i sell it without a title i mean the quad isregistered in his name tags are updated and so is insurance never heard anything from anyone. it probably has 10 hours or less on it. What should i do???

Yikes....if you guys never paid it off, it technically isnt yours. I dunno man, if you sell it you might get into trouble down the road, but if you keep it you might just be able to keep it til they want to come and take it.
