I ordered the Verde power sports kit. Close to 3 weeks ago with a promise that I would have it in a week. Have tried calling no answer or the mail box is full. Just a heads up for those that may buy from them. Being that they are here in AZ I may stop buy to get my kit or at least raise some hell. Update on Verde, I was able to get in touch with them yesterday. They had 30% more orders than they had thought they would get. Mine was lost. BUT I spoke to Tony the owner, and he is one stand up guy. HE took care of us 100%. They are using our DVX for the first set of graphics, as well . Will post pictures once I get the items.

Dasa offers there exhaust with black ceramic coating, so he probably got it that way. The black DASAs look very nice...as does that quad! Nice.....

Dasa does offer it with a black can, but not the pipe.

The exhaust was ceramic coated inside and out at HPC Coatings with their HiPer Coat. They also powdercoated the can to match as I originally purchased the Dasa with the normal polished can. Could not ceramic coat the can because the thin aluminum would not hold up to the temperatures the ceramic coating needs to be baked at.

Just as an FYI, DASA now offers their pipes in either chrome or black ceramic coating, as well as with the black or brushed can.

exactly my thoughts as well...

back in the summer i was looking at maiers website and they showed that they had plans to release a stock type 06/07 hood that you could keep the head light with but i havent looked into it since...

also, i don't know how many other ppl have noticed but when looking through dirtwheels issues they always have a few pages with an ims/roll/elka quad with some nice pics...anyways, when they show the 450r, they have a carbon quad tech hood and for the 06/07 the front of the QT hood appears to be cut off because the stock light is hidden underneath but theres enough room to allow it to work...:confused:

You can keep your light with a quad tech carbon fiber hood on the 06 and 07 450r. If you have the latest dirt wheels mag look at the quads in the ims roll advertisment. I think there about the center fold of the mag but I noticed they had quad tech hoods and still had the light mounted. Look close they are stuffed under there but they are there.

Thanks ! These are Öhlins shocks who ave been services by Stadium-Suspension...

Here in canada a lot of people are using Stadium, I think they are better than Elka, easier to adjust, more suitability to your needs etc. I have tried a set of Stadium front suspension with Hi-Low adjustment, and they are so much better than "stock" elka.

My buddy and I put these one industries graphics on my''05'' about 2 months ago. I took the factory graphics off and placed them on the rear fenders. The seat cover was on the bike when I bought it. Let me know what you think.:cool:
