Strange Noise In Engine

I finally got my casing from service honda because my chain cracked my old one, and i put it on yesterday, today i put oil in it and ran it for about 5 min, when I'm listening to it idle it makes a strange that sounds like somethings getting thrown around in there, which i'm assuming is a piece of broken off casing
how do i get it out, do i have to open it back up and pick it out, or will draining the oil work?

open that sucka back up...cause if that noise keeps up you could damage a lot of stuff that you really dont wanna replace...

yeah i'm gonna open her up tomorrow, hopefully the gasket will still be good
