I was wondering if the WB's head pipe is the same size as the headpipe that comes with the cobra exhaust for the 300ex. the cobra head pipe is the oversized size so i figured the WB's would be too, and does the oversized pipes use the stock exhaust gasket.

yea you use the same gasket. found out hard way and threw mine away and had shop buy new one. which i would condsider replacing if old.

you should spend the $4 and get a new one when installing a new head pipe. its a crush gasket that forms to the headpipe angle when it goes into the head. using the old gasket will probably allow it to leak and make that annoying ticking

fmf makes two head pipes for the 400ex one is the hi-flo header and the other is the powerbomb header tey are both just headers and do not come with a silencer. Im pretty sure the hi-flo is 180 and the powerbomb is 220
