here are some recent pics of my quad! i just put the new pro taper bars and trail tech clamp kit on. Anyone who has a 05 or 06 400ex should definetly look into these clamps. they have a little plastic piece, similar to the stock, to put the key and indicator lights.

lookin real nice man!!:D how do you like the feel of the newbars as compared to the stock bend?

well i dont really remember what my stock bars felt like when they werent bent. i rode with them bent for like a year. i love how they feel though. along with a new steering stem that isnt bent it feels like a whole new quad!

Did you replace the steering stem yourself ?

I rolled my EX the first time out and bent the bars but i think i bent the top of the stem also.

jrafter, i didnt replace it myself. i took it to my honda place and they did it for real cheap the only expensive part is the stem which is $70 from honda, but you can order one from c and d for like $55 and then take it to your honda place and theyll put it in for cheap. from what i hear though its not that hard to put it in yourself, i just didnt have time to mess with it.
