if you own a 05-06 400ex you prolly want to get rid of that plastic that holds the key switch. I figured out a solution back in may of 05. all i did was purchase a piece of aluminum off of ebay and make a control panel like the one found on roxspeedfx.com but scince rox speed didnt make one for the 400 i made my own i dont got pictures cuz my quad is in the shop right now becuz i broke second gear i think it looks a lot better than stock.... let me know what u think of it. im just kinda bored right now and thought i would post a helpful idea.

they rattle. when i got my new bars i had to take em off. right now the key switch is zip tied to the clutch cable untill i get time to cut a hole in my hood for it. i took my lights off because they are not neeeded.

I removed the under 16 plate on the reverse switch side of the fender, and fabricated a piece of black aluminum the same size as the plate, cut a hole for the key, and 2 for the lights. Completed it with a piece of black plastic to protect them from the elements thrown up by the tires on the backside.

Took about 15 minutes to make, if you have the right stuff.
