286R motor

My 86' 286r stroker motor is for sale. It has a +5mm crank, port and polished to match, spacer plate to accomadate the crank, brand new boyesen dual stage reeds, 1/4 reed spacers, 37mm keihen carb, rebuilt tranny, '89 clutch with cr500 clutch springs, milled and decked head for higher compression and higher fuel capacity, new wrist pin bearing. I will include all the wiring also and the carb. I have an adjustable LRD pipe in GREAT shape I will also sell.

Now, this motor does NOT run. It needs a new top end, thats all. Everyone knows how easy it is to install a top end in these things. I recommend having it resleeved to a 265 bore. Thats where I think it ran best and most reliably. I'm located in NJ and prefer local pick up, but i can meet around the area. Reason for selling is that I'm converting my bike to a hybrid. i dont think selling a motor is considered "parting out". mind your buisness and don't comment unless you intend to buy.

there is no damage to this motor. It doesn't foul plugs and it ran great. I need this thing sold. I'll take $600 with the carb and electrical or $700 adding in the pipe/silencer. i could easily sell the pipe and silencer for $150-200 in the condition it is in. Lets get this thing sold, i need to start my hybrid!
