what COLOR frame on the 400ex with red plastic?

I was thinking about painting my frame. What color would you recommend with the stock plastic?

alot of people use red under the red plastic..

id considered matching the shade of yellow used in the EX lettering.. also paint the wheel hubs and subframe

black would look good way back in 2000 I painted my 99 400ex frame black and it looked good

i have it white and i think it looks pretty good but truthfully i think red looks the best

the same color red as your hubs

but if you have a yellow 400...paint it black

I have a white p/c'ed frame and some blue maiers that look great on it,but when I'm just riding in the yard I put the stock red ones on and I think the color combo looks decent.

with black it looks older quicker and with red well.... everyone paints it red grey i do believe is the stock colour so tht looks well stock haha blue i dunno if that would go with red and white gets dirty too easy i think i painted my 99 red ex frame green i think it should look pretty goos when i am done i will post osme pics when it is done

mine is painted candy apple red, its pritty sick i like it. a friend of mine painted his frame black with his stock yellow fenders. thats a sick color combo. black and yellow.
