I Want My 400 Back!

i just dropped my 05 400ex off last night to get it bored to 416 with a JE 10.8, hotcams stage 2, and im gettin the head shaved. i want it back already. what can i expect when i get it back? will i notice a big diffrence? i plan to run a mix of 110 and 93 octane. is this ok?

If your compresion is 11.5:1 or lower I know you would be fine with just 93.

Ive always had good results running a mix of pump and race gas even on stock machines....With your new motor work it should run very nicely.........

ummm no.......11:1 is the absolute highest being air-cooled....its still a good idea to run a mix at 11:1 though.
