Is it possible to sleep with your eyes open?? If you can does this mean that you would see when your sleeping but not be able to do anything cause your sleeping. Its kinda random but i have always wondered.:blah:

Oh yes, its very possible, back when I was in 7th grade, we drove up to the U.p. as a class on a tour bus. There was this girl that sat next to me that slept with her eyes about half open the whole way...it was creepy cause I didnt know if she was sleeping or staring at me! :eek2:

This is actually a form of muscular dystrophy called "facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy," the only way to fix it is to sleep with pads on your eyes to hold them shut or get surgury to tighten the muscles

ive always wanted to learn to sleep with my eyes open, cause then it would sit up and point at my door while sleeping, so if anybody walked in while i was asleep i would just be sitting there pointing at them!
