here AS GOOD AS NEW:
ITP LAUNCHES THE HOLESHOT MXR6

ITP Holeshot MXR6

Ontario, CA (1/27/06) - Always striving to provide high- performance ATV riders with the best tires possible, ITP has taken one of its most successful Holeshot tire models ever and made it significantly better. There have been so many important changes and such an increase in overall performance, in fact, that it can be considered a new model for the 2006 season: the Holeshot
MXR6.

For example, the rear MXR6 features a new, reinforced carcass that greatly minimizes stretching to maintain a flat profile during aggressive acceleration and cornering. The result is a much more consistent feel and enhanced traction, as well as better balance of straight-line and turning grip. This new carcass also allows for lower tire pressures, which increases ride comfort as well as control. The end result is lower lap times from green flag to checkered.

The new front MXR6 is specifically designed to complement the rear MXR6, and it now utilizes a longer-wearing tread compound, which means the rider will benefit from more motos between tire replacements.

Both the front and rear Holeshot MXR6 tires use a proven tread design that’s ideal for loose track surfaces, employing wider-spaced split knobs for better bite and clean-out. Like all ITP Holeshots, the 2-ply MXR6 tires are exceptionally light yet tough enough to tackle the harshest tracks with confidence.

The rear MXR6 is available in two sizes, 18x10-8 and 18x10-9, while the front MXR6 comes in 19x6-10 and 20x6-10.

ITP is the world's #1 ATV aftermarket tire and wheel source, with a complete line of innovative products for virtually all ATVs and applications. To order, see your local ATV dealer. For a copy of ITP’s full-color product catalog, call toll-free: 1-800-859-4740. For other inquiries or technical advice, contact ITP at 930-A S. Rockefeller Ave., Ontario, CA 91761; (909) 390-1905. Okay nick here we go. GO to www.exriders.com and wait and let the whole page load. Then look at about the middle of that page, you'll see two tihngs next to eachother. One says recent news on it, the other one says racing news on it. then scrool strait down from there. Then you will see more of those things the frist one will say Indutry news. Thats not the one you want, the one you want will be the second one. It will say product news. Then as of today 2-25-06 it will be the 3rd topic down. I belive the date it was posted was around the 27th 28th of January.

the MXR 6 is a MXR4 with a improved carcas will handle better in the turns and will be little shorter that the 4. the SX on the other hand is a whole new tire and will blow your mind on how it handles

I just picked up a set of 4 of them from Baldwins. Same price as mxr4's. I won't get to try them out until I put my quad back together in mid-late march. They look really nice to me. I hope they turn out good. I would have went for the SX, but they are mainly for hard packed tracks, and I am worried about them clogging up in the mud.

Bump. Does anyone else have these. Let me know how they perform. I'm assuming that theyre going to be similar to mxr4's but they seem to be a good bit bulkier. Hopefully they perform like the mxr4's only better, because I loved mrx4's.
