I bought a new 14T front sprocket for my 400 and now the chain is loose as hell... what's the easiest way to go about fixing this? I bigger rear sprocket? I've never messed with theses chains before so how hard is it to take a link out?
thanks

thats what happend to me when i changed my sprocket, i had to take a link out. i only took one out and thats good. just loosen your axle carrier and loosen your chain like you would tighten it take a link out and put your chain back on and tighten it.

its easy if u have a chain tool, i just take a grinder and grind the pin flat with the link, and take a punch and punch it out .

i dont hav to take a link out when i switch from a 15 to a 14, just loosen the axle carrier 4 bolts and turn the adjuster till its tight enough.

You loosen those 4 bolts. Then to the left of the bolts is the actual adjuster that you turn. It's the thing to the left of the bolts with the slot in it.
