This is just an idea, but would be great if it worked. Take a 450R motor and put it with a 400EX trans. Does anybody think this is possible or am I dreamin. This would be so much better than cylinder boring. A 450cc motor that was stock w/ reverse.

We were goin to try to hybrd a 400ex motor and a 250ex shaft drive together. Just turn the motor sideways, but we didn't think that would work either.:devil:

No we were really gooing to try it. A 400ex on a little 250ex. it would have had some crazy torque.

that is a whole lot of fabrication to do either. for the 450r/400ex i would say cooling would be the largest problems. and the 400ex/250ex the tranny would be the biggest dilema. anything can be done with enought time and money but i dont think it will be worth it. I do remeber one company made a one off liquid cooled 400ex.
