what would you guys rather have for trail riding a 400ex or a polaris predator??

I would rather have a 250ex than the Polaris. It has to be one of the most uncomfortable machines I have ever rode. All the ergos on it are just wrong to me.

the pred got some nice low end torq. but it doesnt have nice high end

predators are faster, but honda all the way..400ex are comfortable, and fast

Dont get the 03 predators those are ruff riding machines but they have improved a bit on he newer models

but I would still go with the 400ex

400ex, i sat ona a preator and it was the most uncomfortly quad ever. and its heavy and ugly.

i think a raptor 50 would best suit your needs, my friends uncle just got one and he purchased and fmf fatty for it, he took it to the strip and was beating cr500's with it, it did so many wheelies he went home and fabbed up a wheelie reducer, 6 gears was fast enough but he still ordered a 7th gear from www.sevengearsfaster.com.

get the predator , there more fun to ride . More power and grunt. Stock 400's are W E A K . Are you going to be racing in the woods or just riding and shooting hills ? IF your climbing hills and just riding go with the pred. iF racing def. go with the 400 .
