Where do people get custom frames made?

Does anyone know if LSR or Laeger or any other frame maker will do custom jobs?

Sweet, where are they located? My neighbor is inheriting some money and wants to put a snowmobile motor in a 250R geometry frame.
I have a concept quad I want to build too.

I wouldn't even think of hacking up a stock 250R frame so this place may just work.
