+2+1 steering stem

Im looking for a +2 higher and +1 foreward stem. Can only seem to find places that make +2 higher. Anyone know anywhere that makes a +2+1 stem in the $200 range or does anyone have one they want to get rid of? Thanks!

why do you want +2 +1 for? im 6'2 and i have the standard steering stem with pro taper standard bars in an atv bend. this gives me the height without the cost.

I dont like ATV bend bars and I have a 4 gallon tank to clear. Looks like burgard has what I want..
